Not bad but could be better.

I like the fit of the shirt, material is comfortable enough and it breathes well but lacks any lasting elasticity. However, the BOP "patch" on the shoulder started to peel/separate enough to notice without looking for it after just 3 washes or so, and the shirt tends to "go limp" and bag after a very short interval after putting it on. Some focus given to the longevity of the graphics as well as a bit more perpetual elasticity and contouring as the day progresses would be a big step in the right direction.

Great Quality

I ordered a size small, since the long sleeve fits me perfect as a small; however, the t shirts seem to run small, therefore had to exchange for a size medium. Great T shirt nonetheless!

HACK

Love the shirt, fits great, looks sharp, not reflective enough to have a glare but if a flashlight hits it shines bright. I just hate that its apparently not approved for everyday wear, facilities say its a dressdown item only, I'd wear mine every day if I could
