Features like dual layered laminated sleeves, shoulders, and collar keep you warm while the single layered thin body allows mobility and breathability when worn underneath an external carrier. This quarter zip shirt features a split shoulder yoke, side running gussets, and one inch drop on the shirt back helps keep the shirt tucked in ensuring a professional appearance while on duty.

Very comfortable!

The fleece sleeves are great and its perfect for wearing under a vest because of the thinner material on the chest and back!

Not like a sweatshirt

This pullover has a fleece feel in the sleeves. The rest of the pullover is like a thin windbreaker. Since the vest carrier can be somewhat heavy, the pullover is just right when you need to cover exposed skin in a too well airconditioned office, or BPT in a hospital room. It will be great for the fall months, not so much for winter. Staff will be wanting you to come up with a nice hoodie with the patches and badge that would go great under a softshell jacket.

Comfortable

This pullover is comfortable and fits under your vest. The body of the pull over is light and breathable. The arms are lined to keep you warm. This was a great pick for me as I get warm very quickly.
