Eh, they are alright, not my favorite thing about this set of uniforms. I agree with the other post, they are rather large. Wouldn't be a bad idea to embroider them in or have it as an option. I just have it cause part of uniform now.

These are huge rank that barely fit on the collar. It would be nice if they were smaller where it fits on the collar.
