Customer service on belt that was to big

I left a review stating the belt I order was way bigger than I was expecting. Customer service reached out to me only a few days later to assist me with exchanging the belt for the size I need.

Way to long

I wear a 34 waist in pants and according to the size chart I should fit in a large. I ordered a Large and the belt wraps around me almost 1.5 times.. It is either sized incorrectly or the sizing chart is wrong. I wore it once and didn't like it. The quality seemed ok, but haven't really been able to test it due to the incorrect size.

Confusing

This belt has to be used backwards and it is hard to pull it tight. Once it's on it does hold well, however, getting it tight and then getting it loosened to take off is a pain.

We've shared your concerns with our Design team and would like to share their response- The belt buckle is based on a backpack strap buckle. To loosen, rotate the buckle out 90 degrees and it releases, and in reverse, to tighten, rotate the buckle 90 degrees out to let the webbing glide through smoother. Belt

Used for a week and the end tip is already frayed. This is your basic entry level belt, so I didn't expect a whole lot out of it. I am disappointed in the quality. On a more positive note, it holds its tightness, and it doesn't go off in the metal detector when I wear it in. It is light weight and comfortable to wear.
