Love that it is portable

I have been wearing the IFAK case for about a week now, paired with my new vest and glove case. (I'm still waiting for my spray, cuff, and radio case to come in) I love the fact that it attaches to the molle and is extremely secure. Also, the fact that it is removable when it is needed. as a paramedic, I carry lots of bandage supplies, along with Narcan. when seconds matter, this case is ideal!

Its decent just a tad smaller for what I carry. I wish you had a IFAK with medical supplies in it
