Huge "KURT ANGLE" collar

I'm not sure why nobody's complaining about the collar. This collar is way too large for the average person. (A tie couldn't be worn with this shirt). I've worn large shirts for 30 years and never had this problem. I have talked to many officers experiencing the same problem. I'll have to settle for polos and these shirts will collect dust.
