Men's A2 Pant

I bought 4 of these almost 2 years ago and have worn them to work daily. In that time, I haven't had any wear out on me. They are starting to show a bit of fade, but nothing I wouldn't expect from pants that are almost 2 years old. Overall I would definitely recommend them.

I thought I accidently ordered them a waist size too small; turns out they are a perfect fit, plus it stretches in case I gain a few pounds.

Just as a prologue, I like these pants, but I like the V2 pants better.

That said, these are sleek and professional-appearing cargo pants, with some features that clearly involved some thought. Unfortunately, things like an oversized phone pocket or a "clip garage" for your pocket knife are not terribly helpful to have within the secure confines of a prison. Not a strike against these pants, just a funny feature set for a CO uniform. Otherwise the pockets hold everything I could ask them to. The cargo pocket expanding inwards makes bulky items somewhat more difficult to carry, but this is the cost of a sleek outer appearance.

Pants fit well and seem fairly durable. Fabric is more of a stretchy canvas as opposed to the ripstop on the V2 cargo pants. For what it's worth, I've flagrantly neglected the special laundering instructions on the V2 pants for over a year and I've only noted slight color fading compared with my vest - I plan to similarly neglect the directions here, and I don't really foresee damage to the garment happening.

Good pants. If your uniform description forbids you wearing the V2, these aren't a bad substitute.

The A2 pant is by far the most comfortable uniform I have ever owned. There are several pockets, and the material has an elastic type kind of stretch. They are a bit expensive, but I'm a firm believer of you get what you pay for. Definitely will recommend.
