Not what I ordered and still have yet to receive my correct order

I ordered the gray CNT team parka, and they sent me a gray ENT parka which was supposed to be black smh. I then sent it back 2 weeks ago which they received on the 16th and still have yet to receive either of the parka's back that ordered as of the 28th. This is becoming a common thing with first tac ! I have been very dissatisfied with 3 out of my 4 orders to this point!!
