When I ordered the new vest I was looking into these. I normally just throw a pair of gloves in my pocket, but now I have this hand little case. It's easy to load and the side slot is easy to pull gloves out of.

Functional, but large.
Fits 4-6 sets if you pair them up, roll them, and squeeze the air out. It keeps gloves protected and intact, and is a little more accessible than a pocket. Downside is that not everyone has the same lateral spread of MOLLE available, and you're essentially spending the entire column on half a dozen pairs of gloves.

Almost perfect
Holds my latex gloves perfectly. Usually holds 2 pairs of gloves but depending on the glove size and thickness it may only hold 1 pair.
