Squeaky strap hardware

This is an amazing briefcase. I use it daily. The only issue I have is how loud and annoying the strap hardware is. It constantly squeaks and I can't figure out how to make it stop. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for that issue

Issue

The swivel design for the shoulder strap seemed nice, until I used the bag. It makes a loud squeaking noise with ever step you take. I wouldn't have bought the bag if I knew. It is super annoying. It's that or carry the bag in your hand. Wish there was a way to replace the shoulder strap.
