Too Hard to Get On

I love the jacket; however, it is extremely difficult to get my shirt sleeve through the jacket sleeve. That is true for both getting the jacket on and off. It's actually loose, but sticks to my shirt sleeve like Velcro. Is this a design flaw or does it serve some purpose? Bullet-proof?

Great light jacket

I got a 3xl one so it can fit big over my vest. It has adjustable waste and some zippers that might come handy. Over all good jacket.
