Best hat I own!

I only usually wear hats on bad hair days and I have lots of bad hair days. This hat is exactly what you pay for, it fits comfortably and is easily adjustable with the Velcro strap. I even got it in the 2 colors it comes in just so I had some style options too

Customer service

I placed an order for an A2 uniform hat, I realized after placing the order, I meant to order the V2 hat. I tried to email, and call to change the order. The email address on the site kept getting rejected as not a valid email address. I called and tried to get it changed and was told they couldn't change the order. I would have to pay the shipping and return it and pay the shipping again for the next order.

Need 3XL and 4XL sizes

Come on now. Everyone does not have a small head. There are a lot of people who work for this agency that have large heads. These hats are simply too small and for the price, I expect more size choices.

Hat that belongs on the TV show Chips

What is with the crown height on these hats? Did you guys do a survey of every 1970's cop tv show and copy the hat fit? The crown height on these is ridiculous. Walk out into your warehouse and find any guy between the ages of 30 and 50 and check out their hats. I would venture to say that almost every hat is a low crown height. Hats that stand this far off the top of your head, end up pushing on the tops of your ears. Make a low pro version. This one just looks silly on everyone I have seen wear it.
