This jacket is like a plastic bag. A hood would be a plus and maybe line the inside with something that won't stick to you. Being a female working with male inmates I wear mine all the time.

Great Jacket

This is a great jacket to keep in your bag in case it decides to all of a sudden start to rain or get a little brisk out. It is made of excellent material that keeps you dry and warm but does not make you get overheated. Will more than likely be purchasing a pack-it jacket from first tactical to keep in my car for off work hours.

Pack-it Jacket

This is a rip off. The velcro cuffs are cheap. The jacket has no elasticity at the bottom and is too wide. The badge falls off after a couple of washes.
