sizes run small, they are way tighter then they should be. order 1 or 2 sizes up

Nice but snug

I ordered my regular size at it was too form fitting for my comfort. I did return it and got a larger.
After having to wear Men's/unisize uniforms for so many years it feels strange to have something that is made for a women's shape.
My Husband works for the Bureau, and I may just order a men's large, his shirt fit more comfortably.
