Great Hat with a perfect fit

I wear a size 8 fitted hat, so its hard to find a hat that fits. This hat fits me perfect and keeps the sweat out of my eyes in the summer. The adjustable back is perfect, and the deep crown is comfortable.

We get free hats as part of our contract, but you have to wear them or nothing. This hat does not fit as many one-size fits most hats don't. I feel it is unreasonable to ask for a hat to be made specifically for people with large heads like me as we are in the minority enough that most hat companies don't accommodate.

The only problem is it has to be this hat or nothing. This coming from a company that has a great, if not over engineered undershirt that cost over 20 bucks. I feel that in this regard a larger size hat could be made seeing how the contract guarantees orders no matter what.

Now my head size is around 18 1/8th last I checked so I don't find to many that fit but as it is my uniform I would like one none the less.
